Founded in 2022 by Kristen LaRose-Gaasrud, Sunday Studio is a luxury creative agency rooted on the Eastern Shore. A self-taught designer and storyteller, Kristen built her foundation through hands-on experience, starting with social media and content creation for local boutiques, then evolving into freelance web design. With an additional background of philanthropy work in graphic design for nonprofit animal sanctuaries in Africa, Madagascar, and Sweden.
She holds certifications in Advertising & Society from Duke University and Marketing with Canva. Her work has been featured in Brainz Magazine and Bold Journey Magazine, and she was a recipient of the 2023 CREA Global Award by Brainz Magazine, honoring thought leaders in creativity and entrepreneurship.
Today, Sunday Studio specializes in content creation, social media, web design, brand identity, storytelling, interior design, and event design. What started with a laptop and a vision is now a creative studio trusted by clients across industries and continents—built on story, elevated by design.
